MISSION
Manage the assignment, transfer, retirement and replacement of MAGTFTC/MCAGCC (MCC 015, UKT, UKU, NHL, JBJ) enlisted personnel. Provide ID card/DEERS/RAPIDS support to Marines, Sailors, family members, civilians, and retirees aboard MAGTFTC/MCAGCC and surrounding areas. Serve as the focal point for career planning activities for all commands aboard MAGTFTC.

Enlisted Assignments

  1. The Center Personnel Office is responsible for staffing and placement of Marines throughout the various directorates/sections within MCC 015, UKT, UKU, NHL, JBJ.
  2. The Center Personnel Office is the focal point in establishing liaison with MMEA on all requirements to include staffing shortfalls, T/O management, Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR), Command Reporting Unit Code (CRUC) management and forwarding of Web Orders and endorsements.

RCA

  1. Manages all administrative aspects for Reserve components attached to, but not limited to: Travel Claims, Requesting orders, Endorsements, Claims for reimbursements, Drills, Annual Training, Active Duty Operational Support (ADOS), Special Work, Reserve Counterpart Training Orders, and arrange billeting at 29 Palms, Individual Mobilization Augment Detachment (IMADET)
  2. Provide assistance to Reserve Members interested in joining the IMADET, performing ADOSW orders and basic Reserve Affairs.

IT/MOL

  1. Supervise and maintain 3-tier solutions utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Active Server Pages in the maintenance and revision of the One Touch Information System (OTIS) used by the Commands aboard MAGTFTC and forward deployed units.

GTCC

  1. The MAGTFTC GTCC Agency Program Coordinator(s) (APC) manages the GTCC accounts for all personnel assigned to MAGTFTC.
  2. These individually billed GTCC accounts are assigned to Civil Service employees, Non-appropriated Funds employees and Military personnel that are employed or assigned to the following commands: MAGTFTC, 29 Palms, CA, Headquarters Battalion, 29 Palms, CA, Marine Air Wing Training Squadron 1, Yuma, AZ, and Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Command, Bridgeport, CA.

ID Card/DEERS/RAPIDS

  1. The ID Card/DEERS/RAPIDS center provides all Combat Center civilian and military personnel, retirees, family members and vendors a central point for issuance of appropriate ID Cards. Additionally, the DEERS/RAPIDS center provides a means of rapid verification of entitlements through the DEERS/RAPIDS data base (CONUS).

Career Planning

  1. The Joint Career Planning Center coordinates the efforts of and assists unit career planners to retain highly qualified first term and qualified career Combat Center Marines.
  2. The Career Planning Center coordinates liaison with Headquarters, Marine Corps to expedite the flow of career planning information to the career planners of Headquarters Battalion and the Communications and Electronic School.
