"DIRECTOR"

MISSION:
To plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate MCAGCC/MAGTFTC manpower requirements and certain quality of life programs through the following organizations:

CENTER ADJUTANT - provides administrative communications support and guidance to the Commanding General and Commanders aboard the Combat Center.

CENTER PERSONNEL OFFICE - manages the assignment, transfer, retirement and replacement of MCAGCC (MCC 015, UKT, UKU, NHL, JBJ) enlisted personnel, the ID Card/DEERS/RAPIDS center, Base Career Planner and Information Technology (IT)/Marine OnLine (MOL) offices.

MANPOWER ANALYSIS DIVISION - administers the Position Management, Civilian Letter of Allowance (LOA), Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), Table of Organization (T/O), and other manpower related programs pertaining to efficient and effective organizational management. Provides support for Officer assignments and directorate administrative/budgetary support.

SECURITY MANAGER CMCC - the Marine Corps Information Security and Personnel Security Program for the Combat Center. Will Provide Information and Personnel Security Guidance, Security Education, and Training support to the Combat Center and Tennant Commands.

INSTALLATION PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION CENTER ( IPAC ) - a centralized and consolidated personnel administration aboard 29 palms at the installation level to maximize administrative effectiveness and efficiency while generating a structure dividend.

ADMINISTRATION ASSIST UNIT (AAU) - conducts visits to the respective units aboard MCAGCC to review administration procedures/responsibilities, and conduct on-site IT Training utilizing the automated tools contained in OTIS and MCTFS. These visits highlight administrative areas of concern as well as IPAC's administrative support capability.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) - Manpower Information Technical Branch designs and develops application programs and systems for the administrative processing, forwarding, and reporting of personnel. Provides customer assistance in dealing with the products of computer programs, deletes or upgrades outdated systems, troubleshoots programs, loads and installs custom and commercial software, and maintains programmer libraries.
