- The Command Directory is up dated and published monthly, all units/directorates should review their phone/personnel listing in the directory and provide changes to the Command Suite Admin Chief.
- This directory provides the title, rank and name of key billets for all units and directorates aboard the Combat Center. It is capable of including the home phone of personnel, if users want to use it as part of their recall procedures. It also includes a bomb threat checklist and DSN numbers for many military installations.

- The Command Duty Officer represents the Commanding General and provides command-level representation outside of regular working hours to effectively handle routine and emergency situations affecting the Combat Center.
- The duties of the Command Duty Standers include: tours of recreational facilities, mess halls, etc. of the Combat Center; liaison with emergency agencies and the Red Cross; access to a fax machine and the first step of recall procedures or establishment of the Emergency Operations Center. The Command Duty Officer has limited access to all base operations including Camp Wilson, Range Control and Bear Mat.
- The Command Duty Hut is located in building 1554 room 114b.

- Open during working hours in building 1554, room 122. Boxes are provided for all onboard units, MAGTFTC, MCAGCC Directorates and other agencies aboard the Combat Center. Your runners can drop off and pick guardmail.

- Visits are made to all MAGTFTC, MCAGCC unit's inmates at the San Diego Brig, patients at the three Hospitals which also contain the three Alcohol Rehab Centers. Thus there are seven possible places for visitation with the brig inmates having priority. The visits are conducted on pay days so that checks can be delivered. During the visit, the Command Representative (all units have quotas for their turn), obtains visitation slips from the inmates, and can deliver LES' and other minor documentation if brought to the Personnel Officer prior to a payday.

- Services include: metering, consolidating, and transporting of all outgoing official mail; bulk mail program; accountable mail; official mail locating/forwarding; onsite Unit Mail room training and inspections; and support of transitioning deployable units and CAX units.
